Hair Care
Maintaining your human hair properly will extend its lifespan, keeping it soft, silky, and natural-looking. Follow these care instructions to ensure your human hair remains in excellent condition.
Hair Care Instructions

Washing Your Wig
- Frequency: Wash your wig every 7–10 wears or as needed, depending on buildup and styling products used.
- Preparation: Detangle the wig gently using a wide-tooth comb or wig brush from the ends to the roots.
- Shampooing: Use sulfate-free and alcohol-free shampoo. Fill a basin with lukewarm water, apply shampoo, and gently submerge the wig.
- Rinsing: Rinse with lukewarm water without rubbing or twisting the hair.
- Conditioning: Apply a lightweight, moisturizing conditioner, avoiding the roots to prevent loosening knots. Leave it for 5–10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
- Drying: Pat dry with a soft towel and let it air dry on a wig stand to maintain its shape. Avoid using excessive heat.
Styling Your Wig
- Heat Styling: Use heat tools on medium settings. Apply a heat protectant spray to prevent damage.
- Brushing: Use a wide-tooth comb or a specialized wig brush. Avoid pulling or tugging to prevent shedding.
- Products: Use lightweight, alcohol-free styling products to keep the hair healthy and manageable.
Daily Maintenance
- Storage: Store your wig on a mannequin head or a wig stand when not in use to prevent tangling.
- Sleeping: Avoid sleeping in your wig to prevent tangling and matting. If necessary, wear a silk or satin bonnet.
- Moisture: Apply a light leave-in conditioner or natural oil (such as argan or coconut oil) to keep the hair hydrated.
Special Care Tips
- Avoid Excessive Washing: Overwashing can strip the hair of natural oils, making it dry and brittle.
- Swimming: Avoid wearing your wig in pools or saltwater, as chlorine and salt can damage the hair.
- Dyeing & Bleaching: Vietnamese and Chinese human hair wigs can be dyed, but it’s recommended to have a professional colour them to prevent damage
